TYPE OF PRODUCTS
F.E.O.M. srl is specialised in bar and second operation turning, carried out on the latest cutting-edge C.N.C. machines. Besides turning, these machines also allow us to carry out some machining operations that are typical of machining centers, such as milling, radial and axial tapping, even off-axis, polygon turning, etc.
We work mainly for the Automotive sector, supplying our Customers, with various mechanical parts for the engine, gearbox and transmission, including valve cups, flanges, pipes, connecting fittings, gears, shafts, bushings, spacers, pulleys (POLY-V), etc. We are also specialized in the field of Gas Control and provide our customers with some SAFETY parts for assembling various types of valves.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The production plant spread over an area of 1,500sqm (of which about 1,200 are for production and storage) and our many years of experience in third-party manufacturing allow us to easily process materials such as Iron, Cr-Mo-Mn-Ni bonded steel, Stainless steel (AISI 303-304-410 etc..), Molded Cast Iron, Bronze, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Anticorodal etc..
We produce mechanical parts according to the customer’s design and specification, in lots that can vary from 100 pieces, up to over 100,000 pieces.
The parts we can machine from bar range in diameter from 10 mm up to 70 mm, with a maximum length of 150 mm. As second operation turning, the diameter of the parts we can machine is definitely greater: from 10 mm diameters up to 200 mm, while the length can be up to 300 mm.
If necessary, thanks to direct cooperation with our suppliers who are specialized in small metal parts manufacturing, we can also supply parts with a diameter under 10 mm. On all parts, if required, we can carry out finishing processes such as: zinc plating, burnishing, chromium plating, phosphating, painting, etc.
